This is what we have to do each night - according to Dr. Beth Bowen - to hopefully keep the lice away! We bought a rather large bottle of olive oil and lathered their hair!
Have also heard that putting apple cider vinegar one one's hair can prevent lice. If you mix it with your olive oil you will have a great salad dressing! Bad joke! Just kidding! Lice are horrible to deal with. Most of my kids had them when in elementary school. So sorry for the experience abroad!
